Shenzhen Yushan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to
smart kitchen solutions. Its core product is an embodied AI cooking robot equipped with
robotic arms. The company holds nearly 40 authorized patents and PCT international patent
application, establishing robust technical moat.
In 2013, R&D was launched in collaboration with a team from South China University of
Technology. The first version of the cooking robot was developed in 2014. In 2019,
invention patents were granted, with PCT application filed for global protection. The
company was established in 2021, and its prototype passed expert appraisal conducted
by the Guangdong Cuisine Association. Commercial operations commenced in 2024. As
of 2026, the project has gone through 13 years of R&D and iterative development.
This product features a six-axis bionic robotic arm that replicates master chefs’ cooking
techniques. It dispenses ingredients with 1-gram precision and stir-fries at 300–350 °C to
preserve wok hei and deliver consistent flavor. With a single tap, the cooking robot
automatically completes the entire cooking process, preparing a dish in about 2–3 minutes—
greatly reducing labor costs. It also supports 24/7 operation and self-cleaning. Preloaded with
free master-chef recipes, it allows DIY editing and cloud synchronization, striking a balance
between standardization and personalization.
The company holds nearly 40 granted patents in China. Beginning with PCT international
filings, it has expanded its patent portfolio across multiple countries to safeguard core
intellectual property at home and abroad, building a solid technological moat. Its cloud
systems and mobile apps enable equipment monitoring, remote upgrades, and
data-driven operations. Looking ahead, the company will explore cutting-edge
technologies such as machine vision to build an intelligent ecosystem, drive the
globalization of Chinese cuisine standardization, and establish itself as an industry

Equipped with a six-axis bionic robotic arm, it masters a wide range of cooking techniques, including stir-frying, boiling, pan-frying, braising, and quick-boiling. It simulates the cooking motions of a five-star chef and automatically completes the entire cooking process—from ingredient dispensing and stir-frying to wok cleaning and dish delivery. It precisely replicates five-star chef dishes 1:1 while ensuring consistent, uniform output.
It features real-time wok temperature monitoring, intelligent variable-frequency heat control, and segmented heat adjustment. These functions dynamically tune the wok temperature curve to meet a wide range of complex cooking.
Precise ingredient dispensing, accurate heat control, and bionic cooking techniques ensure high-standard dish output.
It ensures consistent, high-quality taste, boosts throughput, and reduces both labor and operating costs. A single operator can manage up to 3 robots simultaneously.
